Colombia’s Promigas closes financing for US$180mn
Colombian natural gas distributor and transporter Promigas has carried out credit operations for a combined 857.5bn pesos (US$180mn).
The transactions were with Transmetano (4bn pesos), Bancolombia (563.5bn pesos), Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Colombia (35bn pesos), Banco Santander (60bn pesos) and Scotiabank Colpatria (195bn pesos), Promigas said in a regulatory filing.
The company added that the “values are intended to ensure the availability of resources for maturity of bonds and amortization of bank loans until December from 2024.”
Promigas’ board approved the credit operations in November.
