Meanwhile, for the east of the country, the objective of the initiative is to preserve the water resources of the Paraná River and the Guaraní aquifer, and improve the quality of life of the population of the districts of Ciudad de Este and Presidente Franco, directly benefiting about 250,000 compatriots.
