ISA receives approval for US$124mn Bancolombia loan

Colombia's finance ministry has authorized Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) to take out a 600bn-peso loan (US$124mn) with Bancolombia, the country's largest bank.
The funds will be used to bankroll ISA's 2022-23 investment program, ISA said in a regulatory filing.
The Medellín-based firm this month outlined plans to invest 20.9tn pesos (US$5.32bn) over the next five years as it prioritizes power transmission projects in Brazil.
