On January 19, Petroperú signed a contract with the prestigious international specialized consultancy Arthur D. Little LLC in consortium with Columbus HB Latam Inc. to execute the service for preparing the Company's Restructuring Plan, which must be presented to its Board Shareholders Meeting before July 31 of this year, in compliance with the provisions of Emergency Decree No. 023-2022. Petroperú remains firm in its objective of ensuring its sustainability, complying with the commitments stipulated in Emergency Decree No. 023-2022, in line with improving transparency and efficiency in its management.
