Description: The Antapaccay project will replace mining operations at the Tintaya mine. Antapaccay will benefit from Tintaya's administrative and logistical infrastructure, as well as the experience of its personnel. The project will involve mining a skarn/porphyry deposit and producing copper concentrates that will be sent to the Matarani port for shipment. The exhausted Tintaya pit will be used to store mine tailings from Antapaccay, significantly reducing the project's capital costs.
