The buildings that make up the data centers will be connected by telecommunications systems and internal routes. This first Google data center in Uruguay will be built in a period of between 36 to 48 months and during its operation, between 500 to 600 people will be employed with peaks of 1,200 workers. The project will be located on a 30-hectare site in the Parque de las Ciencias, in Canelones.
