The line belongs to Lot 6 of transmission auction No. 1/2023, carried out by ANEEL. The project will allow the expansion of the transmission system in the southern area of the Northeast region and the north of the states of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo in order to meet the expectation of contracting high volumes of energy from renewable generation projects in the region. The works, which will be carried out within a period of 60 months, will allow the creation of 2,406 direct jobs.
