Description

The Water Commission of the State of Mexico (Comisión del Agua del Estado de México, CAEM), created in 1999, is a decentralized public organism, established in Naucalpan, administrates water and hydraulic infrastructure and resources of the country. The CAEM must plan, program, assess, build, conserve, maintain, operate and administrate water systems for consumption and industrial, for drainage services, for treatment and reuse of treated waste water, and for control and final disposal of sludge.
