Consorcio Red Vial 2012 is a firm created by the companies José Manuel Guardo Polo, Ingeniería de Proyectos S.A.S. and Ineica Limitada in the year 2012 for the maintenance and rehabilitation of highways in Colombia. Based in Bogotá, Consorcio Red Vial 2012 developed the rehabilitation of the 56km roadway corridor El Tigre-Santafé, project delivered in 2015; and in 2012 was allocated contracts to rehabilitate the highways Lorica - Coveñas - Tolu - Toluviejo in the departments of Córdoba and Sucre, and Barbosa - Cisneros - Puerto Berrío - Cruce in the departments of Antioquia and Santander; all of them for the National Roads Institute of Colombia.
