Voltalia S.A. is an integrated renewable energy company founded in 2005 that engages in the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of wind, solar, mini-hydro and biomass power plants of its own or third parties. Wind energy is the firm's biggest segment, accounting for 92% of its 501MW installed capacity. Third-party-owned plants operated by Voltalia comprise another 623MW. The company's global presence spans 16 locations, and its subsidiaries in Latin American are based in Brazil and Mexico, in addition to operations in Chile. Its headquarters are in Paris.
