Description

The project consists of the design, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of a new second level hospital to provide care to more than 1.3mn beneficiaries in the southern part of Mexico City. It will have 36 clinics for the attention of medical specialties based on the four basic specialties of second level: internal medicine, surgery, gyneco-obstetrics and pediatrics. The following services are considered: A) Auxiliary treatment services: surgical unit consisting of eight operating rooms (four general, one ambulatory, one emergency department, one hemodynamics and one L&D unit), emergency unit, endoscopies, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, respiratory therapy, nutrition and chemotherapy. B) Diagnostic auxiliary services: pathological anatomy, laboratory, imaging, blood bank, cardiology and colposcopy cabinet.
