Description: ORIGINAL TITLE (07/30/1996). Build, operate, exploit, preserve and maintain the Mexican part of the Nuevo Laredo III International Bridge, 297.5 meters long and with a section of 36.6 meters to accommodate eight traffic lanes, which connects the towns of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, with the population of Laredo, Texas, United States of America, including the highway section of variable section to accommodate 4 traffic lanes, originating at the Bridge km 0+000 to the El Canelo junction km 5+640 with the Nuevo Laredo-Piedras highway Black, as well as customs and immigration facilities. Auxiliary services are included. The term of the concession is 30 years. FIRST MODIFICATION (11/30/2006). It is established that the SCT reserves the right to redeem or terminate the concession early once the financial obligations have been settled. Likewise, that the concessionaire must comply with all the provisions regarding conservation, operation, provision of services and the control of people and goods.
