Description: AGREEMENT (06/29/1998). All the properties that constitute the general railway communication route of the Southeast, as well as the properties and facilities for the provision of auxiliary services, are destined for the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation. The general railway communication route of the Southeast has a total length of 1,479.06 km. Its main routes are Teotihuacán-Veracruz, with a length of 434.74 km, Córdoba-Medias Aguas-Coatzacoalcos-El Chapo, with 533.15 km, Puebla-Tehuacán-Sánchez, with 234.52 km, Apizaco-Puebla, with 44.84 km, and Huehuetoca-Tula. -Pachuca-Irolo, with 231.79 km. It communicates the states of Puebla, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, the State of Mexico and Mexico City. It provides services to the seaports of Veracruz and Coatzacoalcos in the Gulf of Mexico, and is able to serve the port of Salina Cruz in the Pacific Ocean through a right of way. ORIGINAL TITLE (12/14/1998). The company Ferrocarril del Sureste, SA de CV is granted a concession for the general rail communication route that corresponds to the Southeast trunk line, which includes the Coatzacoalcos-Mérida short line, as well as its operation and exploitation. The general railway communication route includes the railway, the right of way, the traffic control centers and the signals for the railway operation. This Concession will be in effect for fifty years, counted from the date of completion of the delivery-receipt procedure of the Railroad and the Assets, or from February 17, 1999, whichever occurs first.
