Description: The project consists of the design, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure and physical, material and technological requirements of Cefereso No. 15 in Villa Comaltitlán, Chiapas so that the Decentralized Administrative Body for Prevention and Social Readaptation (OADPRS) can carry out their penitentiary function. The construction area is 100,000 m2 and the surface is 218.58 hectares. (*) Project with financial participation or support from Banobras and/or the National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin).
