The project is part of the transmission program of the National Electric Power Agency of Brazil. The lot includes: Incorporation of assets of Amazonas Geração e Transmissão (AmGT); Revitalization of 230 kV Manaus, Cristiano Rocha and Lechuga substations (designated AmGT sector); Replacement of the 230 kV Balbina substation with a new substation; Replacement of the 69 kV yard of the Manaus substation with a new one; Construction of a 230 kV Lechuga-Tarumã transmission line of 12.2 km (overhead and underground sections); Construction of a 230 / 138kV Tarumã (6 + 1Res) x 100MVA substation; Construction of a 230 / 69kV Presidente Figueiredo substation, 2 x 50MVA; Construction of sections of the 230kV transmission line between the Presidente Figueiredo substation and points of the Balbina-Cristiano Rocha transmission line section with 2 x 4.5 km.
