Monday, October 14, 2013

For the first time in the history of Mexico’s state-owned power utility CFE, energy regulator CRE has published a full catalog of prices paid by the utility for goods and services.

In an attempt to make CFE’s contracting procedures more transparent, the regulator is calling for interested parties to submit opinions on the prices of goods and services contracted by CFE.
