Description: The Project, subject to environmental evaluation, consists of the construction and operation of a photovoltaic solar power plant for the production of 14.86 MWp of energy (nominal installed power), and which will provide approximately 9 MW (net power) to the National Electric System (SEN). ). Additionally, the Project will have an energy storage system using lithium-ion batteries of the BESS (Battery Energy System Storage) type, which will allow part of the energy produced during the day to be injected during times of greatest electrical demand, which normally correspond to night periods. It is also possible that BESS systems provide other types of service to the network, such as voltage and frequency control, service recovery, among others. The Project will be located in a rural area, in accordance with the provisions of the Communal Regulatory Plan (PRC) of the commune of Quintero, within the property called "A part of the properties located in the Fundo Valle Alegre Reserve." The project considers a total area of 19.32 hectares and will have two accesses. Access 1 is located to the northeast of the project, while access 2 is located to the southeast of the project, both accesses use an existing interior road, which connects with. Route F-190 The objective of the Project is to capture solar energy and transform it into electrical energy, in order to inject approximately 9 MW into the SEN, through a 12 kV evacuation line of approximately 1,261 kilometers in length that will connect with the point of departure. connection established, contemplating a storage system using Lithium ion batteries, with the purpose of injecting said energy into the National Electrical System.
