Description: El Carpintero Photovoltaic Park Power generation plants greater than 3 MW The project consists of the installation, operation and eventual closure of a photovoltaic solar plant with 12 MWp of installed power, assembled under a North-South fixed structure system (PEG), developed by the German company Jurchen Technology GmbH[1], which consists of a series of substructures that allow the photovoltaic panels to be assembled together, in such a way that the panel frame itself acts as a structure, significantly reducing the carbon footprint associated with the installation of the plant, obtaining a self-supporting structure that is light, continuous, stable, resistant to weather and lateral wind loads, optimizing the available surface and thereby maximizing the performance of the installation. The Plant will be made up of 32,508 solar panels of 370 Watts of power each, assembled together by means of galvanized steel plates, clips and bars, generating unitary and light structures called tables, from 0.6 to 1.44 meters high, the which are anchored directly to the ground using anchor bolts at a maximum depth of 0.7 meters, without the need for concrete and using only conventional hand tools. without the need for heavy machinery. The photovoltaic park will be made up of 129 tables of approximately 252 panels each, and will be electrically subdivided into eighteen (18) units, each with approximately 0.6 MW of generation. Each generating unit will consist of one (1) 0.8/13.2 KV – 0.6 MVA transformation center, mounted on a reinforced concrete slab installed directly on the ground, without the need to use deep foundations. The purpose of the transformer is to raise the output voltage of the inverters to the appropriate level for power distribution. It is also considered the installation of a total of 90 inverters of 100 kW each, distributed in front of the arrays or tables from where they are connected. All low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV) and weak current (DC) wiring will be underground in compacted trenches at least 60 cm deep. The MV wiring will be raised to a projected pole in the eastern sector of the property, where it will be connected, together with the other interconnection equipment, to the existing distribution power line, the "Falucho" feeder of the "Constitución" Substation, belonging to the company “CGED SA” The Photovoltaic Park will be delimited in its entire perimeter by a rigid fence of the Acmafor type or similar crowned with barbed wire. The facilities will also have auxiliary equipment for closed-circuit security cameras (CCTV) and monitoring of all equipment and system parameters through the SCADA system, which will allow remote control and inspection of the Project. The energy surpluses will be injected into the National Electric System[2] (SEN). The Project, classified as a minor civil work, is part of the Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (NCRE) initiative, defined by Law 20,257 and its subsequent amendments, which is being promoted by the government and other agencies, to diversify the energy matrix from the country. The social, environmental and economic benefits that the Project will contribute during its useful life to the commune where it will be located, fall into its nature as it is defined as a Small Distributed Generation Means (PMGD), eliminating possible environmental impacts associated with large generation projects. generation, providing work and clean energy to the community and the sector, in a sustainable manner and at a competitive price. [2] System composed of the old Interconnected Central (SIC) and Interconnected North Great (SING) systems. The objective of the Project is the generation of renewable electricity from photovoltaic solar technology.
