Description: The project consists of the construction of a solar park that will be located in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. The park will include six photovoltaic plants to be developed in three phases, which will provide energy to the National Interconnected System of Colombia. The first phase is known as Terra Site I and is made up of two solar plants, each with a capacity of 19.9MVA. This initiative will generate job opportunities for the Arhuaco people in the area of clean energy, along with the construction of three towns that will have their own solar energy system with batteries, sustainable agriculture farms, schools and medical centers.
