Centrovias Sistemas Rodoviarios S.A. (Centrovias) is a Brazilian corporation holding a 21-year concession contract for the operation of 218km of highways crossing 12 municipalities in the central-north region of São Paulo. The concession is made up of the SP-310 (Washington Luís) highway, running from São Carlos to Cordeirópolis, the SP-225 (Engenheiro Paulo Nilo Romano) highway, from Itirapina to a Jaú and the SP-225 (Comandante João Ribeiro de Barros) Highway, connecting Jaú with Bauru. Centrovias is in charge of overhaul, maintenance, and expansion, as well as operation of the toll road network; and it operates five toll collection areas. Incorporated in 1998, Centrovias is a subsidiary of Brazilian concessionaire Arteris S.A., which is ultimately controlled by Spanish global road operator Abertis and Canada's Brookfield, and is headquartered in Itirapina, in São Paulo state.
