Description:
Administradora Mexiquense del Aeropuerto Internacional de Toluca, SA de CV (Amait), a subsidiary of Aleatica México, was awarded the concession for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Toluca international airport, located some 40km from Mexico City. The airport covers an area of 663ha, with 26 boarding gates and an installed capacity to receive 8 million passengers per year. Amait will have the concession until 2055. Aleatica México has a 49% stake in Amait, while the Mexican state government (Edomex) and ASA (Airports and Auxiliary Services) have respective quotas of 26% and 25%. Amait is based in Toluca, Mexico.
