OHL México expected to post modest rise in Q3 revenue, earnings
OHL México is expected to report modest Q3 results on Thursday, including a 9% increase in revenue to 3.50bn pesos (US$259mn), according to a report from Banco Monex.
The Mexican subsidiary of Spanish construction group OHL will likely report a 16% increase in revenue for its tollroad division and a 3.1% revenue rise in its operations division that will offset a 25% drop in construction division revenues, said the report.
Ebitda is expected to increase 11.1% to 3.10bn pesos in the quarter mainly due to a rise in tolls as well as an increase in traffic.
Earnings are expected to have grown 6.5% from 3Q13 to 1.46bn pesos due to the improved operations of the Supervia tollroad in Mexico City and the Toluca airport.
