3. The operating company informed OSIPTEL that the event was due to two cuts in the fiber optic network in the Chala-Atico section, in the department of Arequipa, before which it activated its backup system.
4. OSIPTEL will continue to supervise the work carried out by the operating company until the normalization of the service.
