Description: Don Esteban Photovoltaic Solar Park Power generation plants greater than 3 MW The following temporary and permanent works are considered for their operation: • Temporary Works - Site Installation • Permanent Works - Access road and interiors Photovoltaic plant - Channel Crossing Works - Parking lots - Hazardous waste warehouse - Photovoltaic modules - Support structures - Low voltage internal connections - Transformation centers - 23 kV medium voltage internal connections - 23 kV Medium Voltage Power Line (LMT) - LMT construction and maintenance footprint - Control center - Weather station - Perimeter fence The Project will be connected to the Local Distribution Network through a 23 kV medium voltage power line, with a length of approximately 10.2 km. To facilitate the presentation of the associated information to the works and surfaces of the Project, the following definitions are considered in this chapter s: - Central: corresponds to the electrical power generation and transformation installations as a whole, up to the starting point of the LMT, namely: photovoltaic modules, support structures, internal low-voltage connections, transformation centers, connections internal medium voltage and control center. - Central Polígono Sector: corresponds to the sector where the permanent and temporary works will be built, including the Central, the Works Facility and the beginning of the LMT (see Figure 1.4-2). It does not correspond to or imply works in itself, but rather they are located within. - LMT Sector: corresponds to the polygon delimited by the Security Strip of 10 meters on each side of the axis of the LMT (20 meters in total) (see Figure 1.4-2). It does not require clearance and does not correspond to or imply works in itself, but rather they are located inside. - Module Area: corresponds to the land where the Modules will be located, which must be prepared to install the Modules and works associated with them. - Works Installation Area: corresponds to the land that will be used to install the different works of the Works Installation. This polygon also includes permanent works that will be used in the construction phase and/or operation phase (Parking, Hazardous Waste Warehouse, Control Center and Meteorological Station). The general characteristics of the Project are presented in Table 1.3-1. of Chapter 1.
