Description

Cumbres Andinas S.A. is a subsidiary of Peruvian mining company Minsur, part of the Breca Group conglomerate. It holds a 100% stake in local mining company Marcobre, 70% of which was acquired in 2012 from Hong Kong-based CST Mining Group, with the balance acquired in 2016 from Korean KLS Limited. Marcobre is the owner of the Mina Justa copper project in Peru's Ica region. Cumbres Andinas also owns a 99.99% stake in mining companies Compañía Minera Barbastro S.A.C. and Minera Sillustani S.A.C. The company is based in Lima, Peru.
