Description

CANTO is the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations constituted by 110 members of 32 countries including sector operators, organizations, companies and individuals; aimed at outlining policies on information, communication and technology in the Caribbean and the Americas. Established in 1985 in the capital city of Trinidad & Tobago, Port of Spain, CANTO organizes an annual conference, regular publications and work groups, which allow the interaction of governmental agencies, operators and regulators.
