Colombia includes hydrogen in clean energy tax breaks

Colombia has published a resolution outlining requirements for clean energy project developers seeking tax incentives.
The rules apply to developers of non-conventional renewable power plants, energy efficiency initiatives and green or blue hydrogen projects.
It outlines criteria related to investments in goods and services and procedures to request additional benefits.
The resolution can be seen here, in Spanish.
