Administración de Servicios Portuarios – Bolivia (ASP-B) is a state company incorporated in 1996 with headquarters in La Paz which manages port logistics services through strategic alliances with other Latin American ports in Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay. ASP-B monitors the receipt and dispatch of merchandise, it stores merchandise in port, and it manages imports and exports. In the year 2018, ASP-B and the Peruvian state port company Enapu signed an agreement to rise the cargo volumes through the port of Ilo.
