Sistema Intermunicipal de los Servicios de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado – Siapa (Water and sewage inter-municipal system) is an autonomous organization of the Government of the State of Jalisco, México, incorporated in 2013 in the city of Guadalajara to provide drinking water, sewage, and sanitation services in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. Siapa maintains the Elías González Chávez dam; the Chapala-Guadalajara pipeline; the WTPs Las Huertas, Miravalle, San Gaspar, and Toluquilla; and the WWTP Río Blanco, and Virreyes.
