Consejo Mexicano de la Energía (Comener), established in 2015 and based in the City of Mexico, is a coordinating agency of the national power aimed at building consensus in the transversal power agenda to materialize the Power Reform, ensuring the development and consolidation of the sector. Comener must strengthen the legal certainty of the sector, establish a permanent dialogue with society and authorities, structure a dialogue platform to ensure equal competence among the Mexican companies participating in the North American market, foster the growth of the power supply generated by private companies, and group the sector ventures.
