Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro (Gamo) is an organization of the Bolivian State regulated by the Autonomous Municipal Governments Act of 1999. Some of its functions are to create municipal public enterprises and execute the expropriation of private property by public necessity in the territorial jurisdiction of Municipality. Based in Oruro, it finances Tagarete Canal vaulting project and tenders Public Lighting Maintenance project in Oruro.
